Hey everyone! :)

Suji ki Jalebi – Meethi Mathri style


Suji ½ cup
Sugar ¼ cup
Water ½ cup
Cardamom powder
Curd 3 tsp
Ghee for moyan 2 tsp
Pure ghee for frying


First you need to knead the dough
For that
In a bowl mix semolina, salt, curd, 2 tsp ghee... and make a dough out of it.. if require add a liitle bit of water.. we need to make a soft dough
Now rest the dough and let the semolina swell up..
After that roll the dough into thin sheet, and make small mathri of your desired shape.place them in a plate.
Now take a pan in which we will make sugar syrum..
Add sugar. Let it caramalise a little. Then add water. And make sugar syrup out of it...
Now take a kadhai, pour in the ghee, and when ghee become hot, add in the mathri that we have cut..
And fry them till golden brown...
Let these fried little babies cool down a bit,
Add cardamom powder to the sugar syrup
and then add them in the sugar syrup, coat them generously with the sugar syrup.., take them out after 2-3 mins.. and serve hot...
