Hey everyone! :)

Namkeen Sewai


Vermicelli / sewai -- 1 cup
Water -- 1 ½ cup
Oil -- 1 tbsp
Mustard seeds -- ½ tsp
Curry leaves
Onion -- 1
Tomato -- 1
Salt -- acc to your taste. I used 1/2 tsp
Veggies of your choice
Maggi masala -- 1 packet
Red chilli powder -- ½ tsp
Turmeric powder -- ¼ tsp
Garam masala powder -- a pinch of
Coriander leaves

Dry roast the vermicelli till light golden brown.
In a pan, add oil, mustard seeds, and curry leaves
When they splutter, add the chopped onion, tomato.. salt
After a bit of cooking add your fav veggies
Add the maggi masala, turmeric powder, red chilli powder, garam masala
Mix well and cook for a min.
Then add water and sewai..
and cook for 10 mins, mean while make sure you stire it 1-2 times.
After cooking let it sit for 2 min
And serve, you can add tomato ketchup as well..
